There has been a lot of talk in the tech community about whether Apple will decide to remove the superdrive from all of their MacBook Pro line.
I can count on one hand the number of times I've used the optical drive on my machine in the past couple years.By removing the drive, Apple will be able to reduce the size of the MacBook Pro. This will create a thinner and lighter laptop. Think of it as a MacBook Air Pro.
